Abacus the leaders in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration offers Prefabricated Cold Rooms upto (-)40oC inside temperature. The necessity of Cold Rooms is in various industries such as Hotels, Hospitality, Food & Dairy Industries, Laboratories, Mortuary, Ice Cream Hardening / Storage, Fruits & Vegetables, Sea Food Industries, Hospitals. These Walk-In-Coolers are fabricated with PUF Insulated sandwich panels & having Air Cooled or Water Cooled Outdoor Condensing unit. The Indoor Evaporating unit is install inside the chamber with heavy duty fans. The Control Panel is provided with Digital Temperature Indicator cum Controller for automatic operation of the unit.


 
Prefabricated PUF panels, sandwich type, available in standard, modular lengths starting from 1625 mm. Heights range from 2000 mm to 1200 mm. The panel consist of two outer skin with an inner insulated centre made of self- extinguishing polyurethane resins complying with ASTM D 1692 / 58 - DIN 4102B2 specifications, high insulation coefficient (standard density: 40 Kg / cu.m.) and high pressure injection techniques. Finishes: self-extinguishing fiberglass, stainless steel AISI 304, galvanised plate, galvanised-prepainted and galvanised - plasticised sheet metal. Panel's range of thicknesses from 60 mm to 200 mm.
